People looking for legal help were meeting the same three obstacles before they ever met a lawyer: delay, unclear cost, and no reason to trust a digital legal service with the problem.

Three onboarding cards state the offer — ask anything, find a lawyer near you, keep the case together — with Skip available on every one. Someone arriving here has a legal problem already; making them sit through a tour before they can look is the fastest way to lose them.
A phone number, not an account.
Sign-up is a Portuguese dial code, a number, and a verification code — no email, no password, nothing to remember later. The account is the handset, which is also the thing a lawyer will call.
The hourly rate is on the result, not behind it.
Results carry the fee per hour beside the rating and review count, and filter by category, date and fee range. Unclear cost was one of the three reasons people stalled, so the price sits in the list — you can rule someone out without opening a profile or asking.
The chat says no when there is no case.
Messaging opens only against an active case or a booked appointment. Tapping through to a lawyer without one gives an empty state naming them and offering to book — the rule is enforced by the screen rather than buried in terms, which protects the lawyer's time and sets the client's expectation in the same move.
