Therapy sessions for children with special needs generate exactly the information that everyone around the child needs — and it is the information most likely to be lost. Therapists have no time to write it down, parents hear almost none of it, and continuity breaks somewhere between the school, the therapist and the family.

A session gets documented while it is still happening.
The therapist starts a recording and keeps working. Speech is transcribed live in Portuguese as it lands, and the note saves in the background — the session carries on around it rather than stopping for the paperwork.
The AI writes the draft. A person decides what leaves the room.
The recording comes back as a structured note — key moments, media, action points for the next session and for home. The therapist rates progress on the areas actually worked, then answers one last question: share it with the parent, pass it to a colleague, or keep it private. Nothing is sent until that is chosen.
Parents get the week, not a report card.
The family view is deliberately calm: the next session, recent notes in full, and one way to add something noticed at home. No scores, no traffic lights, no progress bar on a child. It is the same record the therapist wrote, not a summary of it.
The school sees the whole floor.
Coordinators run the day from one screen — sessions scheduled, notes overdue, documents missing, absences waiting on a decision. Requests arrive with the parent's own justification attached, so approving one is a judgement rather than an investigation.
